Paul, I received a copy of FPAM's Annual Report tonight, and it contained no surprises. The two "boogiemen" are there as suspected- high debt, and the need to finance via equity or debt issuance after the 2d quarter.

However I found interesting what FPAM said would occur if they did not receive either debt or equity financing- it said that they would slowdown some planned acquisitions- hardly catastrophic. So at first glance it looks like there are no unknown "boogiemen" haunting FPAM....
