Doug,
So what you are saying is ..... I shouldn't bring the assault rifle? Ok, I will keep it friendlier than that. I do know what you mean about some people freaking out. I know of a gal at one of the Quebec check points that couldn't understand why a non-government official and non-police officer had possession of a hand gun when I went to visit there a few years ago. What can I say ? I didn't know they were illegal in Canada at the time but at least I was honest about having one. It was rather funny to see the expression on the US side when I told them Canada kicked me out of the country. I told her because I had a hand gun in the car with me and she gave me a strange look and said "So what".

I will let you know if I find out about any progress being made.

Doug, FTR, I don't think Mr. M meant any physical harm to anyone. I do think there was a better way to handle this whole fiasco than to have someone booted from SI, but that's just my opinion.
