From Ira regarding the new shares: What follows are some replies Ira made to my accusations that he and Arif were lining their own pockets with new shares (as you can tell, I wasn't polite in my asking...whoops!): [From Ira] i dont know whare you get your info from i suggest you explain.......any shares that were issued were under a registerd comp aqgreement....most of shares were issued for acquisitions only.....i suggest before you accuse you get the proper story.........by the way insiders control much less than 75%....get your info straight.....sorry for the straight5 forwardness but i detest accusions [Another message from Ira] if you want questions answered dont you dare talk in that tone .....first of all warrants were issued for acquisitions when the stock price was .20 to 30.....as well as discounted so your figure is way out of line...........we have full right to issue under various 500 rules of security law....since these issues the stock price is up over 120%.....performances speak for themselves...if you desire to get out before we become a 100 million dollar Nasdaq co. then god bless you....any further questions please do not hesitate to ask(in a civil tone)...thanks [Another reply From Ira] insiders include merger partners etc.....rest are financiers
