Based on your comments to JAC, which I read after my last posting, I therefore temper my remarks that were made during my last posting to you. Moreover, I acknowledge that you're beginning to look at the wider picture of what might have happened, rather than just the negative "mudpie" slant.

SEC filings dated March 9 show that Lair and Mincheff came on board at the same time, as a part of the NetVest involvement. It appears that Lair took over for a month or two, Mincheff has now asserted himself (whether planned or not), and life goes on. Mincheff, on paper at least, looks like the best bet, if in fact ESVS is going to merge with NETZ and pursue the web market.

I do like PartyTime's suggestion/request that you call IR, or company, and give us your perspective as well on whether we are getting the run around or not. I have been very impressed with Mary Conway.

"Well, it looks like up, at least initially." Why does this statement sound like you are very disappointed (or in pain). I still don't get your obsession with this company's failure. Oh well....continue pounding away at it.
