to all! there was an sec filing yesterday after the close about secondary shares offering..i can't get into the edgar.com..but,if anyone has access please post..i was told 4.4 million shares back to lurking mode salim

Denise: I tried to post the Raymond James and Donaldson,Lufkin,Jenrette post-earnings commentary, but it's too large. Briefly, Raymond James said they were 'enthusiastic about the prospects for PTEK' and raised their 12-month target to 47 from 43.They said both sales and earnings were in line with their, and the street's estimates. DLJ said PTEK beat their estimate by a penny. 'PTEK remains our favorite stock' Their 12-month target is 54, based on ' a 20 times multiple of our 2000 estimate of 2.70.
