Mich, just to set the record straight, whatever work I did regarding China Green I did for myself. Frankly, I do not care whether Larry is long or short, or a midget for that matter. As we have shown in the case of China Green, the truth will prevail in the end. That is all that really matters.

Spoke to Mehersons today(Andrew Scott). Slup is meeting with SEc today so we should know more tomorrow. Trading in the grey market is expected to probably begin on Thursday. Scott has checked out everything with independent sources specifically mentioning brookhaven, kbf, and Chinese and all looks good. HE said only possible sticking point might be Glasgow because it "is late" . HE confirmed that its not that it doesnt exist . Its just late.Doesnt seem too serious.ITs inevitable that somethings will be late -hopefully forward looking statements will cover that. I asked if he thought the SEC suspension was related to extra scrutiny re.Slup filing for Nasdac small cap and he said no. HE said that after such a rise in last few weeks they believe it was someone shorting the stock (from Canada) that contacted the SEC independently and he said they suspect the person that filed the suit. ( Freddy being a stockbroker and all that makes sense. How incredibly nasty). He said lawsuits are inevitably filed within 24 hours of any such SEC anouncemnent). THats about it but its doesnt look too bad. Except for Freddy. He looks even worse than before.

Mitch, you gotta learn to relax!! Why are you asking hawkeye all these questions? Why not ask me directly? Why don't YOU participate in this thread by finding some links or other info to help us verify things? As someone has mentioned, I am cynical about a LOT of BB stocks. I have been burned before; SERIOUSLY! Now that the web is here, I try to do as much research as possible to verify anything and everything that is mentioned in press releases. I try to verify claims from the OTHER side of the deal, and any other neutral or third-party unrelated source. MM's don't count as neutral! I saw reason to question some things in SLUP's releases, and I did what I could to find things on the web. And I am MOST grateful that several other people on this thread have been very resourceful, and VERY persistent in finding obscure stuff. And I still have questions, but I will post later. (hawkeye, don't be alarmed!) This post is just to "clear the air" (or clean the dirt) between you and me.
