I, for one, would truly appreciate that Jon. Not that you owe me anything, but I think it would place a new perspective on the issue.

Can someone please take a stab at how they think the restructurring/merger of ESVS/ZULU is going to take place?

Example: Kevin Rogers - President/COO of Zulumedia, Roger Mincheff - President of ESVS, Mark Rudholm - Director of Technology,
John Rienzo - Chief Technical Officer, Kenneth Duckman - Consultant to ESVS/Zulu and responsible of oversight and dev. of Laptop Solutions, Robert Smith - CFO, Ralph Larbarge - responsible for oversight and dev. of DVD and customer engineering dev. services.

Director of the board includes: Paul Messina (until next board meeting), Roger Mincheff, Robert Turtolet (until next board meeting) and Bill Murski (any background on him?)

Any guess on how all this will marry together? If one was to look at the above info. in an organizational chart one would have to speculate more new hires are bound to be announced. Anybody care to discuss? I believe PartyTime ask this question once before or something similar and no one responded...

I beleive the company has made significant strides since last year and no one seems to want to discuss it. ESVS 10Q and 10K has a lot of good info. in it but no one is discussing that too much either...

What about when the merger is complete and the 50 mil + additional investment in NETZ/Zulumedia if/when it's complete... How will it affect the shareholders? Positively or negatively? Anyone care to comment???

Has anyone called the IR/PR firm to ask when they think ESVS next shareholders meeting is??? I too talk to the IR/PR firm and Mary and Heather told me that they honestly didn't know when Zulumedia's fin. were going to be publicly released. Heather said all she was told Mid May. Any comments???

I've been lurking since 2/6/98 and have read all the post since this thread was started. I am up to speed on what's been posted here concerning NETZ/ZULUMEDIA.
