I'm too busy trying to figure out what happened the middle to the end of April, because (i) IR initially expected financials would be out at about that time, (ii) the press release announcing Lair's position as Chairman of the Board was released on 4/20, and (iii) the stock price shot up into the low 60's at about the same time on higher volume and little or no news. Something very good was in the works at that time, with great expectations. I am concerned, although I like the strong technical management team now in place, Mary's comments about very positive sales information, and the press release confirming the merger is still on. Perhaps we just are in a SEC review and inquiry period (as someone suggested). If the news was very, very bad, I suspect there would be more leakage of that information (more than the anonymous, unconfirmed e-mail Matty G. alluded to 2 weeks ago), with higher volumes. and with more than the $.10 drop we have seen in the past 2 weeks.
