Well, it seems DDrisk nearly lead us astray yet once again.

I see there actually was an insider filing in April, one insider to sell 24,000 shares. The sale is insignificant, except that it shows that DDrisk's information was inaccurate. (He said the most recent filing was from last November.)

Not a flame, but I sure wish people would post more responsibly.

It is true, however, that there was no insider selling for January through the end of March. This is a positive sign. And on the whole, the signal from the insider trading front is quite positive (since there is virtually no selling, which is unusual for a tech company), in contrast to what has been misstated in recent posts here.

Happy Investing!

Vanni

You are very wise my son. There is no stopping for this baby. VectorVest puts a value of CHKPF at $54.30 per share, assuming the price and value of CHKPF are--or close to--converging (this is a parameter that I feel useful from VectorVest). So even for $32 she is still a gem. Our prayers will be answered.

"VALUE: CHKPF has a Value of $54.30 per share. Value is the foundation of the VectorVest system. It is a measure of what a stock is currently worth. Value is based upon earnings, earnings growth rate, dividend payments, dividend growth rate, and financial performance. Current interest and inflation rates also play an important role in the computation of Value. When interest and/or inflation rates decrease, Value goes up. When interest rates and inflation increase, Value goes down. Sooner or later a stock's Price and Value always converge."

God Bless.
