has anyone asked TSIS for a comment on the Rumor THAT LUCENT has made a offer to buy out TSIS.? Or have there been talks on a buy out...This information came from a guy who used to sell stock for TSIS when they were still selling stock at the company. He went as far as saying that TSIS WOULD TURN THE FIRST OFFER DOWN, to see if they could get more money....If this guy is licenced or if he stell works for TSIS we stock holders should know. Someone who knows someone inside the Co. should call, so a record can be made....

I don't necessarily dislike all day traders. They provide a useful liquidity, especially for closely-held or thinly traded stocks. In the best of all worlds, the long-term trend (12-18 months) is determined by the value investors, while the short term dibbles and tribbles are superimposed by the momentum types.
