The 144 filers have to register their shares as sold.

BRM had 7 million shares. There are 32 million in the float.

Just one insider has up to 21% of present float that could be released into the market. This is a serious outstanding issue. That does not even add up all the other insiders that I posted. You add them up. If 144 filings expire at what point do they expire if the insider has decided not to sell. I am looking into that issue if you know the answer please share it with us. I would appreciate the edification.
