"No one is in Brazil. 2 people will leave on Friday. The Aviation Week article may not be out Friday. They may not make the deadline" It looks like things are starting to slip. Lets see now. Two people leave for Brazil on Friday (originally thought to be Tuesday). Two people doesn't sound like a lot. No meetings until probably Monday and they are planning on negotiating a contract, getting major joint partners input and approval, legal review, government approval, initial drafts, final drafts, meetings to resolve issues (and a thousand things I'm not familiar with ) all before the 27th. Maybe... Good intentions and overly optimistic forward looking statements can kill a stock. If it bounces off the low 40's consider yourself lucky. JMO
