Excellent post, Daniel. Thank you so much for going to this effort and reporting back to us. For myself, I am glad to hear that they do not have a spiffy building because it means more $$ is going into the "meat" of the company - management ability, and the digital equipment I gather is coming? But the building, in Culver City (I know Culver City) does not need to be spiffy. It's a "working" part of L.A. Good job, and thank you again. Some pretty fancy EPS anticipation!! Dan, A great summary of the company, staff, etc.... I, too, thought the state of the art video digital equipment would be installed and ready to go. But, alas, I used to run my own business and know the the true meaning of perceived time frames and ACTUAL time frames. I'm also no stranger to 16 hour days. And I guess I'm glad Don is one of these people that lives, breathes, eats and sleeps at the office. Getting set up for the post production editing doesn't interest me half as much as your summary of the telecommunication contracts. That was fascinating stuff. And convinces me only to pick up more GNNX in the future (if everyone would just be kind enough to sell their shares to me below $2 please). Knowing that the contracts are real, and how they work really helps me out a lot. (and probably a lot of former skeptics) Also, did you say they were filing this Friday? You kinda just slipped that in there... that's well, BIG NEWS to me! I like that non-chalant style though... No, I don't think you'll be accussed of hyping GNNX, thats my job. Heh. EXCELLENT work. And for the record, GNNX started moving up leaps and bounds before Daniel's post (look at a one day chart, and my posts, and his post (the time it posted on SI)) So, I think he might have helped GNNX, above 1.93... if at all... I think the true effect will be tommorrow, when people start reading this, and say to themselves, "wow, this sounds good, and now I have a feel, thanks to Daniel, for the company" GNNX isn't a scam folks, its the real deal! On your need for explanation about restricted stock, a holder of restricted stock can sell the stock under Rule 144 after holding the stock for over 1 year (used to be 2 years but rule was changed in the first half of 1997). If the holder holds the stock for more than 2 years, the legend/restriction can be removed and the holder can receive a new unrestricted certificate to sell as they wish. There are some other restrictions to selling under Rule 144 as there are limits to how many shares can be sold. Hope this helps as thank you for your synopsis

Hey everyone!! I havent read the thread yet but I see Daniel is back!! I assume good news from the stock movement!! I wish I had $$$$ available to buy the past 3 days but hey I am happy with what I have, and just wanted to say WOOOOO HOOOOOOOO based on todays performance!! Amazing what a little demand is going to do for this stock. Just envision what the price will do when lots more people recognize our little gem here. Hold your shares TIGHT!
