Omer, I wonder if you would be able to explain how the technology that DSSI received from Lucent fits in with what was PowerCom's technology. Do the two technologies overlap? Will Comverge sell the LU technology in the U.S. and Powercom's technology outside the U.S.?

I would appreciate any assistance that you (or anyone else) can give me.
