To all,

I'm in the process of putting together my post on a recording of a 38-minute call with Rene and Wayne Hansen (CFO) this evening which addresses many of the questions on the Hamilton and Richmond financing posted earlier today.

In lieu of written responses as requested, Rene wanted the Q&A format to be taped, and instructed me to ask additional questions along the way.

I will post the replies to the Hamilton questions tonight, and possibly, the Richmond questions.

BTW, we should have a news release tomorrow on the patents.

Regards,

David Pickering

Thermo would be better off buying control of trooper for 20 million , then to pay out 60 million cash , like some suggested if the judge rules that way.
Hard to believe that both sides want to fight, with the cost of legal services these days.
still long, and like the stock, some selling, but the buying is right there to up the bid. still above its 50 day moving average
