Minimal number of shares? NetVest traded 1 million shares of NETZ for 200,000+ shares of ESVS. The "consultants" get 125,000 shares for total price, if they choose to exercise warrants, of $350,000. I also thought there were only about 1.2 million shares of ESVS issued. Thus consultants get 10% of company for providing consulting services for 1 year each, for $350,000. With ESVS stock worth about $720,000 today (if $6 a share), immediate value is about $370,000 for 2 "man years" of consulting services. Perhaps the $370,000 is not that bad for 2 years of consulting services, but is 10% of a company to boot fair? I don't know, I am just asking. I guess if they can put some major deals together, giving up 10% may not be that bad.
