From what I understand. The same shares can be traded more than once at the same time. I know this does not make sense but it is something I've heard. Maybe some one from Europe can clarify this.

Metals, either the MMs are naked shorting, or there are still floorless debentures being converted IMO. I remember something on this thread that management said that there were no more floorless debentures. That then only leaves the naked shorting MMs. What would have been neat would have been if the company recalled certificates as of the end of trading today. The stock would have been $2+ with MMs scrambling to cover. The time frame being used gives the MMs time to control and cover without much loss. However, if we find that floorless debentures are being converted, we should force management to eat them before we draw and quarter 'em. <VBG>
