I could go either way, I don't care. I just figured since a lot of people like this thread to keep it... Look what I just found on Yahoo...Could it be the other way around. What is it called, a reverse acquisition, merger... from a reliable inside source: IDTC is looking at acquiring DGIV...... I just bought 100,000 shares nd looking for more at a reasonable price. Buy now before DGIV gets listed on NASDAQ and then it'll history. Regards, Mark Morris

Hey Leo: Do you really think that a message board is the cause of this slide? Are you serious? Look....we are all here to make money..yes...but we're also here to have fun!!! If you don't like the tone of this thread..then take your messages back to the information board. Besides, people trying to learn about our company should do their own DD..and while this thread provides some...the main purpose here is to enjoy each other and the experience of investing. Notice what happened when this board was created...everyone came here!!!! That should tell you something shouldn't it? And I resent that the investors here having a fun time detracts from the stock price....quite the contrary..if all we had were infomrative posts, there would be so much stress that everyone might be in a panic. But instead, most everyone is relaxed and going with the flow. And by the way..when we started this thread..the price was at approximately 6.65. Relax and take a chill...have fun...it might do you good =) Scarlett
