Last minute
Bernie and the guys: It doesn't look good for my attendance at the meeting, I have a situation which just developed sunday,and requires me to stay with my family. In any event if I do make it, I'll be traveling solo and fast! I'm looking at my legal proxy is there any way I can still vote? Phil do you want to take a quick ride?
