Donald,

First thing I would do, if this is as you say a real life scenario, is get that child out of danger immediately.

Don't waste time talking with the person who is planning the murder until the child is absolutely safe.

Any person who knows of such a situation has the moral responsibility to do everything within his/her power to protect the child in question.

The best way to protect the child is to personally take her/him to a law enforcement official, a minister, a doctor, any adult who could protect the child.

Once this is accomplished, you could try to talk to the person who is scheming such a terrible plan. However, any human being who is capable of planning to harm a child in anyway, is mentally ill. They are extremely dangerous.

If a person allows such a terrible crime to occur without taking steps to prevent it--they are doomed to burn in the hell of tormented guilt for the remainder of their life. If there is such a place as hell--both the perpetrator of the crime & the person who did not stop the murder will be toast there for eternity.

SHEESH!!!!! I need to see a few Bugs Bunny cartoons after even having to spend time imagining such a situation for a sweet angelic(they all are) child.
