CheckPoint came down from $42 after a great quarter because MSFT threat. Now it seems that matter has been clarified, so there is no barrier for CHKPF coming back to $42 and higher. My target: $51, about 30x next FY's earning.

Good point Dwight.
This stock has strong upside bias after current news. Not to say there isn't a chance for savvy longs to shake the weaker players out with a little volume selling after a 5% move or better. Listen to the shorts on this thread whenever a little pullback occurs. They get excited and longs get nervous prompting them to give their shares away in the early stages of a recovery. I hope the big money nurses these shorts down the road to disaster ala a Dell or Cisco. When the shorts are this confident they will sell each incremental uptick. Up too fast and we'll stall. Two up and one back is best here.
