If the best differentiation AMZN can come up with for buying books from them instead of bookstores is to "avoid the long lines", we bears are in really good shape.

What "lines"? The only long lines I usually see at Borders are at the coffee bar. The cashier lines are usually one or two deep. You can wait three days or more to have a book shipped to you, but you can't wait the minute and a half in line??
