Regarding the 256Meg announcement the other day coming out of Korea (Samsung I think(?)), anyone have a clue who the litho player is? Are we talking SVGI or ASMLF?

Whoa! I challenge you to find an 1.0u 16Mb DRAM. You won't find it since the die would take up half your motherboard, and be enormously expensive. Just because it is possible to make 256Mb with 0.25u equipment doesn't mean that it is cost effective or usable. At some point the move to bigger memories will drive further shrinks. Period.
