DRRISK, I have never called you any of the above, although, I feel you have an undue predilection with GSCO. The fact of the matter is your probably right about GSCO as it is the only logical reason for the initial decline from $41 to $31. Was GSCO aware of probable negotiations between MSFT and CHKPF? Answer: Probably. Did they take advantage of this by putting pressure on stock for some key customers (who, with key off shore accounts can avoid filing 144 forms, and who, if maintaining street name accounts have other venues for trading)? Answer: Probably. Is there anything illegal in all of this? Answer: Yes, but the paper trail is so convoluted that nobody can do diddly about it. What's going to happen? Answer: It should be obvious to anybody that the stock will continue a steady recovery, probably to mid fourties, low fifties, over the next couple of weeks. Day traders such as yourself will probably do well, long term holders will see a nice recovery. I should point out that based on my review of the comments on this thread there has been a decided lack of analytical subtlety. Those of you who can read between the lines in this comment should get the point of this message and understand what they should do from an investment standpoint. If I'm too vague, please feel free to e-mail me and I will clarify this message, which, is basically a resending of the message I sent to roger. Finally, if you wish to take your comments elsewhere, this is your decision. I for one, don't care, but do feel your comments are too highly charged and pomulgate wasted energy in areas of investigation which yield limited benefit. On the other hand, it seems from my perspective, that your recent comments on GSCO were probably right on target (Again though, perhaps you could have presented it a bit more civilly). Good luck.
