Thanks for making the effort to get to the annual meeting. It sounds like LSI was more concerned with meeting at a convenient location
for Wall Street analysts than for individual investors. Hopefully, by
serving Wall Street we are helped as long term investors (shareholders).

Well, at least you gave it the old college try! I would never have had the courage to drive into the financial district. During my 'suit' days, if I had to go down to Maiden Lane or Pine/William St. area, I would leave the car midtown (say, Central Park South) and cab it the rest of the way. Before you say, "Now you tell me", my last foray was in '83 so figured this would be a bit dated--guess some situations never change.
