Nice and steady it goes. No gap ups, no MM shakes. Though some people sold thinking that there will be a gap up. Buying is now taking over. Now, we just have to wait for Friday. it is hard to get information from the company, but feel free to try, they did not say anything to me. Feel free to add information when ever you find some, we need to be more informative. I am not the spokesman for IGNE, I just liked the company and suggested it to everybody. So who ever owns shares needs to contribute, as well. Wether it is good news or bad it will help us understand things. From my point of view it is a bargain at 19 cents. Give me your take.

Regarding the Notes, I called the company and what I understood is that it is totally separate from the stocks. They can be used only 5 years from now payable at a rate %8. It is like a debt. It ended March 31st. The fact that people put in $5M dollars into this company for 5 years is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Most of whom contributed are insiders. Somebody else please call to get more details, but this is what I understood.
