DocStone, I agree this is the right way to view our opportunity.... Mr. Ronning has a a big pile of $ at stake with either entity, and should be motivated to look out for his (and our) interests.

Lately I have begun to wonder if it wouldn't make sense to have TSQD do a tax deferred spin off of the Digital River shares to shareholders of TSQD at some point down the road. This would be 4,800,000 DR shares divided by the 10,981,513 TSQD shares, or .44 DR shares for each TSQD share owned.

This would bring the software pure play out on its own, without any tax impact to long term shareholders TSQD shareholders.

Make any sense?
