It makes sense only for us! Yes, Brian, a tax deferred spin off owuld be great for us. But DR needs to draw big $$ from the capital markets, and spinning it off to us on a tax deferred basis would inhibit htat, I beleive. I have done some research into IPOs. I do not think we will be offered first crack at shares for the following reasons: 1. Need an account with the underwriter. 2. Your account should have at least 1 million of equity. Maybe you have the cash for this. I don't! DocStone
