OK gang, something is going on at SEBL.

All of a sudden, all mentions of their flagship account - CISCO - is gone from their website. They aren't listed a reference anymore, and their logo used to be prominently featured. Their used to be some success articles about SEBL & Cisco - but no more.

The same thing is true with Lucent and SEBL.

I've heard rumors - and they are just that - that things have blown up at CSCO for Tom Terrific.

I also know that CSCO refuses to comment on or off the record about what's happening - does that sound good?

Why does SEBL refuse to allow customers to talk to outsiders? I called a few, and they say that they are unable to talk, due to contractual obligations. What do you think Tom is hiding? Why won't he let his customers talk?

Contrast this to VNTV's and other's approach - you can talk to whomever you want.

What do you think would happen to SEBL, hypothetically, of course, if it gets out that CSCO is no longer a happy customer?
