This stock is being manipulated big time. I placed a market order for 5000 shares at 10:37am. Here's how it was filled. CHKPF CHECK PT SOFTWARE TECH Buy 5,000 MKT DAY 05/13/98 at 10:37:00 ---- Bought Partial Fill 900 31 13/16 ---- 05/13/98 at 10:38:00 ---- Bought Partial Fill 100 31 7/8 ---- 05/13/98 at 10:38:00 ---- Bought Partial Fill 3,000 31 7/8 ---- 05/13/98 at 11:13:00 ---- Bought 1,000 32 1/16 -- 05/13/98 at 11:13:00 ---- Status: Closed Spec. Cond: None I checked for a real time quote at 10:40am and the stock was trading at 31 11/16. I am disputing this trade.

Yes I am aware that this is a trading strategy. But if it were so easy, anyone with Level II would be a millioniare. And we know this is not true. Just look at the amount of money that Ddrisk has lost. As usual, anything that seems too easy probably is, and is often a substitute for solid, rigorous analysis which takes effort and concentration. Unfortunately, most people who trade, and most people at SI are just out for and easy buck. And you know what? They will never get it! Because there is no such thing. Especially in the markets, where lots of bright people with better resourcesd are trying to do the very same thing! Reality bites! But only fools ignore it! Happy Investing! Vanni
