Yogi, Return rates, evaluation results, etc would help but are unfortunately not easy to come by and, of course, are never published. Unfortunately as investors we are forced to concentrate on the broader view such as financial performance, sales charts, etc. I occasionally get a chance to hear an anecdote or two about evaluations etc and publish here what I can unless it is given to me in confidence. I assume others do also. For example...MKB has been helpful in the past when he/she?(?) could. Unfortunately error rates and mtbf are largely theoretical. Also, quality is an admixture of shipping accuracy, hard failures, perceived service levels, etc. By the time the average investor hears in the press about a quality problem it is usually much too late to cipher anything useful. One of the primary reasons I monitor the threads is to pick up info we might not otherwise hear. Unfortunately we have to separate wheat from chaff. All very confusing ne'st pax? Best, Stitch
