James, with all due respect, the discussion is also about a company executive who refuses to run our company in an upright and responsible manner. I do not appreciate broken promises, regardless of the excuses. If financials are promised, if SEC filings are promised, if disclosures of any kind are promised, and if dates for disclosures are promised, THEN it is the executive's responsibility to deliver the goods on time. Ira has failed consistently in this. Judging purely by the broken promises, I am compelled to believe that either he doesn't know what he is doing, or he is a liar. Both are damning for a person of his position. It is time to hold the entire FAMH board accountable. Their actions affect our company's name, and it may take a very long time to recover from the damage already done. - Jim

Those of us who have purchased stock don't deserve to be lied to. We are human beings. You may be such a rotten human being that you deserve to be lied to. I don't know because I don't know you. However, I assure you that I have integrity and don't deserve to be lied to. Why do you feel so rotten about yourself that you feel that you deserve to be lied to?
