Mackie,

Looking in the naysayers 101 handbook regarding privy SEC information. I hope he has the new edition handbook.

I took up the challenge to call the SEC.

Firamada's only filing with the SEC was in 2/96 in which they filed A Reg. D form(paper filing). The address given for Firamada was Dallas TX. Firamada operates out of TX so not a problem for me.

Regarding the supposed filing number and the inferred long time it takes to get it and subsequent filing. WRONG! This is according to the gentleman I spoke to at the SEC. A domestic company can submit an application via mail/FedEx/or even fax to them. It can take as little as 3 hour to process. The SEC then gives the company Edgar access codes and verifies the users' authenticity. Once the information is entered on the Edgar system it will be posted with a date of the submission if received by 5:30pm. If received after that time it will be posted the next morning at 8:30. It seems according to my understanding with this gentleman that the whole process can be completed with 24hrs but must likely 48hrs.

It is my understanding you DO NOT need a "filing number" as some have stated.

Hey if any of my conversation is incorrect, I love to hear from you so I will be corrected, BUT, base it on facts.
