JustMy2Cents, I haven't received a call back from the supervisor of the filing desk, the alleged source of Mackie's info. On prior calls, however, I was told by the Edgar desk that all domestic companies must send a filing form electronically to Edgar and a paper copy subsequently to the Greenway, VA office of the SEC. I am not totally positive, but will check again in the morning. Jin.

$.02: Thanks for the research! I find it amazing how people can agonize over things that are out of their control. Also, if someone is going to mislead (read Lie to) you, all the bitching in the world won't stop them. I never thought I would say this here, but if you read the thread, it sounds like we have a bunch of 12 year olds taunting each other -- grow-up.
