No one has definitively answered my question. Is this company, that I own shares in, a reporting company? Has anyone asked them if they signed a new convertible debenture agreement before the April 27th deadline? (This deadline increased the minimum convertible time from 41 days to 1 year.) There are only a very few reasons for a stock to trade these volumes without much price fluctuation, and a ton of converted Reg. S shares coming into the float is one of them. Dexx
