Jim, thanks for posting.
<<"On January 16, 1998, the Company, in a press release, announced the suspension of conversions with respect to its "offshore" convertible debentures, since the Company believes several debenture holders had
breached the terms of the Subscription Agreements relating to the debentures. The Company expects this matter to be resolved on terms favorable to the Company. ">>

Could the large recent volume be that "this matter to resolved on terms favorable" failed? Were you or anyone else told anything about the status recently?

I just said few minutes ago. No deal with Vallerie Trucking. This was a BK company and the Judge gave the customers list to another company ( I don't remember the name) .

However Mr. RA said in a PR they may buy the equipment from Mr Vallerie.

Many Union people lost their job because the Judge ruling.

j.b. once again you gave the clear picture. as i posted earlier, Universal Express needs the transportation part of the package now to make it all a plus. that was what the valerie deal was for? maybe DHL or pony express. with APAC already in place we have customers and collection distibution centers, packageing, and supplies. I wonder who is going to be aquired to fly and drive?? ANY SIDE BETS?

is it DHL, or do we just buy trucking company and charter/lease a few of 747's??

I'm confused. I thought the Vallerie deal fell through, except for the acquisition of Vallerie's assets, but not their customer lists.
