That is the sweetest story! Except for PE's relegating the Cousin to the kitchen. I think a better ending would have been you, PE and the Cousin all getting roaring drunk and telling wild stories and dirty jokes. And here I was going to brag about my wonderful Barb, who is bringing her own carpet steamer next week and doing the whole house. (I think the thought of walking on dead bird guts got to her) And who last week washed down the front of our two-story white Victorian house with a hose and sponge. She thought it looked dirty. And who got the ladder out of the garage and vacuumed all the heating vents out and then went out to the front porch gazebo and washed the fan and lights. I love obsessive-compulsives.
