Cliff, I do not think that one needs to worry about the technical viability of Platfoms' approach (and I am sure they have considered the problems associated with inclement weather, 70,000 feet is above most anvil's heads, by the way anyone knows what part of the spectrum they are working in?) the problems they are facing are financial and management depth, and until we know how these problems are addressed, this situation will play by the "news" rather than by numbers delivered.
