DJ and All,

Was speaking with Michael this morn and was told that a new distributor from Mexico met with LTGL recently. Said that they were very impressed with the product and took samples back. Likewise the same thing from Russia. If this stuff will sell in Russia it will sell anywhere.

Quarterly is due out in June.
Still not satisfied with the excuse about the year end report. But am told that its still in works.

Since I've been away for over two weeks doing a little sailing in the Caribbean, this may be all old news. But just thought I'd post it just the same.

Regards to All,

Dan

and LTGL with products already selling and the best financial year yet and they hover at .05 WHY!

Because it is highly diluted, and being (for a while) sold.

Period.

DJ: A company loses the faith of investors when they dilute their stock especially when they do it on the sly. I sold this stock off at 8 cents and I come by from time to time to see if anything has changed. I will buy this stock again if it hits my re-entry point.

Very creative book keeping, perhaps?
