marcos, you make an excellent point. As I said, I am just an old chicken, I think these things are better left to those who really know what they are talking about, so I defer to your opinion, unless I turn out to be right, in which case I don't. I rest my case.

Principals: Tom Stinson and (Brian) Scott Howell for Wallace Technology Group and Merced. The previously unencountered Brian Capellaro for Merced, as well. Eleventh Hour, A R Brooks, Catalyst, and Continuent (I'm afraid I have this last wrong, but I keep thinking of it as "Incontinent"), Rebecca Del Medico as registered agent. No officers named in the incorporation papers for the first three. Dunno about the last. Telanis is described in the relevant press release as a private company. No officers or directors mentioned or quoted.
