you're right UNLESS those that were issued the REG S shares have
NOT lived up to their end of the bargain... the company can then
file suit to have those shares frozen while it's worked out in court.
At least that is my understanding and I'm not saying that this will
be done... but there have been statements made about certain wrongdoings on the part of those that have done business with PKGP
for shares.

Also I did leave the CEO a voicemail today and asked him if there
was anything he'd like to comment on regarding a few things.. he'll
either call me or he won't.. I even asked for the xfer agent's phone
# so we could get an official count. I'm prepared to NOT get a call
from him until mid next week... and if that's the case.. I'll still
have my shares unless something crazy happens.

When you say the converted shares are not in the "float", I assume you mean they are not in the "activ/trading float". Unless they are 144 stock, which I am pretty sure they're not, any outstanding shares are still considered in the "float", even if they're in cert form in a wall safe.
