Bosco, The fundamental problem with Bay is the lack of growth. Although House has done good job keeping Bay from falling, he has done a lot of weird things, too, to manipulate stock price. Most of mergers have been surprises. But Bay is an exception. I feel that it has been talked about too much. And I really don't like to hear House talking about it. Now House has definitely gone too far to leak the information about rejecting the bid from Nortel. It is very clear that he wants to manipulate the stock price. I bet that he is frustrated as hell because nobody is willing to pay high price for Bay. I just feel that at end, House cannot sell Bay cheap and nobody will buy Bay. --James
