We'll I after venting yesterday I decided it was a good idea to talk to the company. Spoke with Win Roll

He says that the May 27th date for the magazine is still on. He seemed to dance around the issue when I asked if it went to press yet. Anybody know how long it takes to send a publication to press and then get it to the news stands?

There will be more annoucement as soon as they finish dotting the i's and crossing the t's. Possible concerning the 1-900 number stuff and some other "telecommunications" project.

There are 25 million shares outstanding. There are somewhere in the neighborhood of 300,000 in the float. He expects to be listed on the NASDAQ in 6 months. Accountants are getting the financials in order. Currently they don't have 300 shareholders but [he thinks] that should not be a problem very soon. I am wondering how they will get 1 million shares into the float..hmmmm..isn't that the minimum for listing?

I think this company will do well, but I doubt that the common share holders will reap the rewards. Sorry but 25M shares and a 300k float scares me. I presume they did a 12 for 1 reverse then issued more shares to the Brits, which will eventually find their way into the float. IMO
