Samsung used a Micrascan for first silicon of their 1Gb DRAM, but I have never heard that they use them in production. So Samsung may have one or two Micrascans, but I think they use someone else's steppers/scanners for production. If Samsung is an SVGL customer I hope SVGI will let the cat out of the bag, because we are about to trade under book value!!!

He said that Samsung's prototype 1-gigabit DRAM was developed
using the Micrascan-II-plus.
