Jon, nothing can ever be clear enough for you. I am a contract lawyer, and you can find an ambiguity in even the most clear and direct statement, if the context changes. So, give me a break. I would take a joint venture, by the way, for these 2 companies, but that would still leave 2 business enterprises as joint venture members, would it not. The press release said a combination of the companies into a single business enterprise, not a combination of investments to form a new (third) joint venture entity.
