Analyst upgrades haven't really been based on earnings. In fact, just last week, Zacks reduced its estimate to .74. I remember the prudential upgrade was based on PE expansion of all vendors in the computer hardware group. But I don't think HWP deserves a PE expansion, while its gross margin has decreased. Its PE should drop to around 20, and with a drop in earnings, it'll end up in the mid sixties for may be a quarter or two.

I guess now that the "analysts" have downgraded HWP, do we have a
buying opportunity? I bought calls yesterday and got royally screwed.
It's a good thing this window can't open :-(
