Thanks for posting the link to the review of Grizzly Mountain from Seattle.Sidewalk.

The reviewer pans it. However, the ingredients of the film for family fare may well have commercial appeal beyond its imputed artistic merits (or demerits). Yesterday's news release showing Grizzly Mountain as being in the top 10 films in video stores (for the period ending April 26) for return of investment seems to confirm this.

Whether Dan Haggerty's full beard is too well coifed for his role, or that the suppossed grizzly is a black bear, would hardly be noticed in the spirit, and suspension of reality, of a family outing to a film. If noticed, they are the kind of observations that make for lively family debate afterwards.
