CPI up 0.2% and core rate up 0.3%

The core is a little stronger than expected.

Bonds are now down 6 tics and the S&P still down 400.

Again, good support here at 1119.

VIX closed at 21.10 today......posted a low of 20.51 today. Last
couple of times when we've taken out 20 % the market has sold off soon
thereafter.

I dont know anything about the VIX

Is this person talking taking out 20% on the down side and if we get there we sell off

OR
we took out 20% to the upside and now we are going to sell off
