Pugs, IMO since Raabe is a securities attorney, and probably good at it, and desires to ultimaltely get this price significantly higher over time, he may be just the one who initiates getting those behind the illegal activities behind bars if they choose to impede the growth of his new publicly traded company. We are actually fortunate here to have a securities attorney as a CEO. I doubt it that Raabe would put up with the cr@p that we've been seeing here for some time. If Raabe does his part in growing this new company significantly better then what was shown in the past, the price would have to go significantly higher.

The MM's are filling limit orders, IMO, it's a good buying time, when Market Orders start being filled we'll see a spike! Well, we'll see a spike soon anyways, won't we!

>>I say the abusive practice of illegal naked shorting is hurting small investors , and in doing so, hurting their families, etc.<<

Pugs,

While I don't necessarily like the way the BB market works, I just accept the way it is. I consider BB stocks just one small step above playing poker or blackjack in Reno or Vegas. When I go there to play, I budget the amount that I am willing to loose and go have fun. I know before entering a casino that the house is rigged against me. I will not take the kind of money into a casino that would hurt my family. Those that do are, simply, dumb and/or don't understand the game.

MM's and shortsellers (the BB market) are no different than a casino. They are a part of making a market and the cards (house rules) are stacked in their favor. Reno, Vegas and Atlantic City are full of people that are no different than people like you that think that they can beat the house.

You can spend all the time you want trying to change the rules but I think it more profitable to accept the rules and invest/gamble with a complete understanding of the "rules" governing the game.

Good luck in your crusade....but I'll spend my time trying to make money under the existing rules, if you don't mind.

You remind me of people that I have sat next to at the blackjack table in Reno bitching about the house/table rules while they loose money. My question to them/you is that if you don't like the house/table rules, why are you sitting there/here?
