I joked about wanting to see the shipping department, so I could read the shipping labels. <g> Basically, MSL drop ships the units directly to the customer>>> It's impressive to me that Ancor does not need to see the units first before shipping. That means MSL is good in QA and configuring the units is not an issue, either customers can handle it easily or Ancor can do it remotely at ease. KJ

I did not ask whether MSL maintained an inventory of switches, or if they just built them to order. The reason Ancor did not store MKII switches on site is because they needed room for some of these MKII's for their "Manhatten Project". 01first.nl Just kidding. Thanks for the quality info on your visit. By the way does the "Manhatten Project" have any thing to do with the relocation or the NYSE trading floor to another location ? Thanks again....... Skip
